Keeping Children Safe in Education
Servoca Education Resourcing realise the importance in our role in Keeping Children Safe in Education, which is why we make sure our stringent, Quality Mark approved vetting procedures are followed for every candidate, prior to them starting any new role with you. We also ensure that candidate’s records are kept up to date for the duration of their placement.
Guidance information ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education’ was published on the 3rd April 2014, and replaces the previous guidance ‘Safeguarding Children and Safer Recruitment in Education 2007’.
The documents below contain information on what schools and colleges should do, and sets out the legal duties with which schools and colleges must comply. It should be read alongside ‘Working Together to Safeguard Children 2013, which applies to all schools, including maintained nursery schools.
