A fantastic Primary School based in the heart of London are searching for a Key Stage 1 Teacher next academic year. The school is in the London Borough of Westminster. This position will begin in September 2019 and is a permanent opportunity. This is a high-achieving yet warm and welcoming Primary school that offers a rich curriculum. They are an Ofsted rated ‘Outstanding’ school will a low staff turnover. This opportunity is suitable for Newly Qualified Teachers (NQT’s) and those with more experience (QTS). Ideally, the Key Stage 1 teacher will be familiar with and have previously taught the UK curriculum. This is a two form entry school so you will have a team to plan and share ideas with. The primary school are looking for a Year 1 or a Year 2 Teacher dependent on the suitability of the candidate.
A TLR is on offer to lead a subject for the successful candidate. The school is near to St John’s Wood Station so is easily accessible from all over London.

The Year 1 Teacher or Year 2 Teacher will be appointed on a permanent contract and will be offered plentiful CPD opportunities.
This Primary school have been commended by OFSTED for their established senior leadership team and excellent behaviour within the school. This is a two-form entry school so the teacher appointed will be working alongside the other Key Stage 1 teachers. Planning for lessons will be shared between the Key Stage 1 teachers to combine ideas and reduce work-load.
The Head Teacher allows all teachers to have creative freedom with their lessons. The Year 1 Teacher and Year 2 Teacher appointed will be expected to offer engaging and forward-thinking lessons with the help of their teaching assistant in class.
