Teaching in the Middle East
The Middle East is a region centred on Western Asia with a long history dating back centuries. The main commercial centres in the Middle East and the countries with a thriving ex pat population are the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Egypt and Bahrain.
Living and working in these countries offers a variety of opportunities. The area is expanding rapidly with a rich history and natural resources. This offers the chance to experience fascinating cultures and new cuisine.
With tax free salaries, you are able to save a large sum of money working in the Middle East whilst also being in an ideal location for further travel and exploration in neighbouring countries. There is an abundance of activities to do in each country from one of the largest indoor Ski slopes in Dubai, the Grand Prix in Abu Dhabi, the pyramids in Egypt or the many mosques across the region.
Opportunities for teachers are huge. We recruit for British Curriculum schools, IB curriculum schools as well as local schools. Schools range from Early Years all the way through to the ‘A’ Level and IB syllabus with students often going on to some of the top performing Universities around the world.
