SEN Teaching Assistant (ASD) – Primary School in Ealing – Start ASAP
An Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ three-form primary school in Ealing are looking for an SEN TA to work on a 1:1 basis with a boy in Year 4. Previous experience is desirable but not compulsory, however, you must have a proactive and positive approach to learning and working with ASD.
** 1:1 with ASD in Year 4
** 10 min walk from West Ealing station
**Long Term Contract with an Immediate Start
** Pay rate of £65-£85 (depending on experience)

This three form entry primary school has recently gained an ‘Outstanding’ grade from Ofsted and they are looking for someone who can help maintain high standards of education and support at the school. The school has a friendly and social environment, with a core Senior Leadership Team who will be there to help you on every step of your journey.
The role is working on a 1:1 basis with a boy on the Autistic spectrum in year 4. He struggles to maintain concentration in class and can sometimes have difficulties with behaviour. Therefore, having good behaviour management skills is key.
To be considered for this role, you must have some of the following:
* Previous Experience working with children with SEN
* A 2:2 degree or above
* Strong behavioural management skills
* A positive and proactive approach to work
