Teaching Assistant – Graduate Opportunity

An excellent Primary school in Camden is currently recruiting for a graduate teaching assistant to join them. The school is near to Belsize Park tube station on the Northern line. The teaching assistant will be working alongside the teacher helping the children with their learning. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to develop their experience within education prior to becoming a full qualified Primary Teacher. A graduate with a degree graded 2:1 or above is ideal for this role and a graduate with some previous experience working with children is desirable. This role will begin in the new academic year in September 2019 on a permanent basis.
There will be an opportunity to work 1:1 with SEN children if this is something you would like to do.
Criteria for this position:
* Graduate (ideally 2:1 or above)
* Previous experience working with children in a TA environment
* Good education background (GCSE’s in Maths and English)
* Can commit to July 2019
Build experience and train to become a Primary Teacher!
The Primary school in Camden are looking for energetic and dynamic graduates who are energetic and passionate about their input into a child’s education. The graduate appointed will be supporting the children in their numeracy and literacy and your primary role will be to ensure each child is fulfilling the learning objective for each lesson.
A graduate with a strong educational background is required for this role including GCSE’s in Maths and English (C or above).
Contract Type: 1 year contract
Salary: £65-£80 per day
Start Date: ASAP
