Special Needs Teaching Assistant- Wandsworth-April Start!

A well focused Primary School in Wandsworth are looking for a Special Needs Teaching Assistant to join their three form entry school. The role will include working with special needs children on a one to one basis on in small groups. In addition, this role present a great opportunity for a special needs teaching assistant to work with students within the school.

The special needs teaching assistant role will include providing support for SEN students within a mainstream classroom environment, using therapies to help with a child’s development in the classroom such as visual therapy, assisting with other students on days where an SEN pupil/pupils may not be in.

Work between 8:30 and 4:30 Monday to Friday (Times can vary depending on schedule). Help the classroom teacher with activities such as small group work and develop an understanding with individuals.
