At Servoca Education we are currently seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a mainstream primary school located in the London borough of Brent. The SEN/ inclusion department within this school require someone to help support students with Learning Difficulties (SLD) and Behaviour Difficulties (SBD), as well as ADHD. You will be working in a highly supported team of LSA’s and the SENCO. Further career opportunities are also available at the school as they have a track record of developing support staff across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
The successful SEN Teaching Assistant/ LSA will be paid a daily rate based on their experience of working with children. You’ll be required to work full time and will need to be able to commit for a full academic year starting in September 2018.
To be considered for the position of SEN Teaching Assistant at this school, you must have/be;
* Experience gained as an SEN Teaching Assistant within a Primary or SEN School
* Comfortable working in challenging atmosphere
* Able to commit to a full time, long-term contract
* Enthusiastic, proactive and passionate about the development of students
* Have prior experience working with ADHD children, although not essential
* Enhanced DBS
