The ideal candidate will be a recent Mathematics graduate with a 2:1 or above degree and a good academic background. You will be seriously considering a career in teaching and be well suited to working with secondary school pupils. If you have previous experience of tutoring or working with children this would be ideal but not essential.
About the role – Mathematics Teaching Assistant
This fantastic role is key to the schools strategy to ensure all pupils succeed. You will be working with targeted pupils to deliver 1:1 and small group booster sessions, helping them to understand hard to difficult subjects. You will help to raise pupil’s confidence for the subject and help with GCSE preparation.
