Year 1/ Year 2 Teacher – Primary School based in Finsbury Park – Feb Half Term 2019

There is an exciting opportunity at a Primary School based in the heart of Finsbury Park, a few minutes walk away from Finsbury Park Station. This friendly Primary school are searching for either a Year 1/ Year 2 teacher and the successful candidates will be appointed on a temporary contract and will be offered development training throughout their time. This opportunity is suitable for Newly Qualified Teachers (NQT’s) and those with more experience (QTS).

This Primary school have been commended by OFSTED for their established senior leadership team and excellent behaviour within the school. This is a two-form entry school so the teacher appointed will be working alongside other teachers, as planning for lessons will be shared between the teachers combining ideas and reducing work-load.

This Primary school have relatively small class sizes with 23 pupils on average per class. The Head Teacher allows all teachers to have creative freedom with their lessons. The successful candidate appointed for this position will be expected to offer engaging and forward-thinking lessons with the help of their teaching assistant in class.
