This is a time and part time (potentially temp to perm) September 2018 Sociology Teacher / Teacher of Sociology post for this innovative school. This part time Sociology Teacher / Teacher of Sociology post will suit either an NQT or a teacher who is experienced. Exciting time to start at this school as this would give you an opportunity to put your ‘stamp’ in the department. The successful Sociology Teacher / Teacher of Sociology (MPS or UPS) must have either a secondary or post-16 teaching qualification. Supportive and dedicated Head of Department who is very supportive. It is imperative that as a Sociology Teacher / Teacher of Sociology you are able to offer both AS & A2 in your subject area. You will have a proven track record of being instrumental in your department, able to enthuse your students and to teach a strong and engaging lesson.
* Secondary or post 16 Sociology Teacher
* Teaching Experience as a Sociology Teacher
* Sound subject knowledge as a KS5 Teacher
* Secondary School and/ or College teaching experience
* NQT or Experienced Teacher of Sociology (MPS or UPS)
* Good to Outstanding Practitioner
