A brand new, exciting opportunity at a Primary School based in Barnet has just arisen, to begin in January 2019. This school is currently searching for an experienced strong Upper Key Stage 2 Teacher as well as a (qualified) SENCO dependent on the suitability of the candidate.
This is a ‘Good’ school with a warm and welcoming feel. There are ample opportunities at this school for TLR and further responsibilities once the candidate has shown their full potential after two fixed terms.
The Teacher will be appointed on a permanent contract and will be offered plentiful CPD opportunities.
Ideally, the Year 5/6 teacher will be familiar with and have previously taught the UK curriculum. The SENCO position is for an extremely strong candidate with ample experiences and is willing to implement a change into the school.

This Primary school have been commended by OFSTED for their established senior leadership team. The teacher appointed will be working alongside the other Year 5 or Year 6 teachers, planning for lessons will be shared between the teachers to combine ideas and reduce work-load.
The Head Teacher allows all teachers to have creative freedom with their lessons. The successful teacher appointed will be expected to offer engaging and forward-thinking lessons with the help of their teaching assistant in class. The SENCO appointed will be managing a supportive department and the school will be assisting and assuring the candidate has the right support in place.
The ideal candidate will be carefully selected and should hold specialist subject interests, intellect and ambition to develop as a teacher. The successful candidates for both of these positions will become a part of a welcoming environment, with an enthusiastic, motivated and knowledgeable team.
