This Croydon Secondary school is currently looking for an enthusiastic, committed & dedicated SENCO who can take on a full time & permanent appointment. The successful SENCO must have a SENCO certificate and qualifications & have experience running a successful department. You will be able to lead by clear example and be responsible for leading the support team & liaising with external parties. Must already have experience as a SENCO and or an experienced Inclusion Manager. Imperative that you are able to demonstrate effective leadership qualities as a SENCO. You will also be a strong classroom leader who will have to lead a fantastic team to excellence.
* Must have a SENCO certificate / qualifications
* KS3 & GCSE SENCO or Inclusion Manager experience
* Either a SENCO/ Inclusion Manager
* Must have secondary experience in Inclusion / SEN
* Secondary Mainstream or SEN School as a SENCO or experienced SEN / Inclusion Manager
* Experience managing support staff in a successful department as a SENCO
* Exemplary leadership and managerial capabilities as a SENCO
