Are you a qualified primary teacher with high ambitions?

Do you have the passion and drive to take a Middle Management role in an Outstanding Primary School?

Do you have sound subject knowledge in Literacy and have a desire to lead/ teach Literacy in an ambitious primary school?

Can you picture yourself in a new school leading Literacy and delivering outstanding Key Stage 2 lessons to a talented Year 5 children?

The school are looking to employ a teacher with a minimum of 2 years experience in a primary school setting to lead literacy across Key Stage 2. The successful teacher will teach Year 5 and help drive Literacy across the school. A TLR is on offer and the school has the budget to offer MPS or UPS.

The ideal candidate will have an English specialism with a key interest in leading literacy across Key Stage 2. A proven track record in primary teaching across Key Stage 2 is essential as is the ability to lead an inspire children and adults.

This primary school can offer bespoke timetables and subject pedagogy training programmes, an innovative curriculum and shared Hub planning as well as a new dynamic approach to teaching. The school is known for its training programmes and can boast twice as many training days as standard.

This is a growing primary academy based in Brent in both size and reputation. The facilities are modern and the school is extremely well resourced giving the successful literacy and humanities teacher all the tools they need to succeed.
