An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced SEN/ behaviour support worker to work within an SEN Setting in Calderdale to deliver 1:1 behaviour support. As the successful candidate you must have previous experience working with pupils with behavioural needs and have the ability and confidence to work on a 1:1 basis delivering the curriculum based on the teacher’s expectations, this will include low level Maths and English. Team teach would be advantageous.
Although the vast majority of this role will be spent delivering 1:1 support there will be opportunities to work across the schools supporting other departments.
