This is a 2 form entry Primary school that most recently has been graded ‘Good’ overall by OFSTED. The Year 3 teacher may be an NQT or an experienced teacher but must be passionate about education and confident in their delivery of the curriculum. The SLT are hopeful to welcome a teacher with an innovative and child-centred approach to teaching.
This is a permanent, full-time role for the Year 3 Teacher beginning either ASAP or in January 2018. Expectations of the teacher
The Primary school are looking for a dedicated and talented Year 3 Teacher who has an innovative, forward thinking teaching style. The Year 3 Teacher will be expected to ensure that all children are engaged and enthusiastic about their learning. You will be expected to inspire the children alongside managing their behaviour in and out of the classroom.
Responsibilities of the teacher
As a Year 3 Teacher you will be teaching a vibrant, energetic group of children amounting to a 26 class total. Your responsibilities in this Primary teacher role will include keeping your lessons current and relevant, preparing the students for their important final year in Primary school. The teacher will be required to commit to the school and their class with effective planning and preparation for lessons and activities. The NQT will be offered full support to ensure they fulfil their potential as a teacher.
