Servoca Education resourcing have an exciting opportunity for a bright, enthusiastic and committed teaching assistants to work for one of our mainstream primary schools, who are based in North London, this would be in KS2 and split between year 4 and year 6.
The primary school is 2 form entry, and they have 4 pupils with the following SEN requirements;
* Autistic spectrum
* Global delay
There are at least 2 positions available, however the school are constantly assessing their SEN provision which means if you impress they could develop a role to suit you.
The teaching assistant will be required to support pupils in small groups as well as 1:1.
The right candidate will;
Have proven experience working with children, ideally from a SEN or care background.
Possess good knowledge of primary school behavioural management strategies.
Have previous experience with Asperger's, SLD, MLD and complex needs, either would be beneficial.
Overall be positive, reliable and have a proactive approach to excel in a challenging environment .
