The Role – Humanities Teacher (Geography, History & Religious Studies)
We are seeking a passionate Humanities Teacher or Newly Qualified Humanities Teacher, who is passionate about delivering nothing but outstanding lessons to students encouraging them to achieve their highest potential in this year’s GCSE examinations. As a Humanities Teacher you will need to have a fun and exciting approach to teaching, have excellent behaviour management skills and be able to plan and deliver outstanding lessons meeting the requirements of the UK National Curriculum. You will be working within a well-resourced supportive Humanities department, where lots of career progression in available.
The School – Humanities Teacher (Geography, History & Religious Studies)
This fantastic secondary school is a well-established, diverse school with plenty of career opportunities to offer. The school was recently graded as ‘Outstanding’ in all areas in their last inspection in December 2014 and currently have the highest pass rates in this year’s GCSE and A’ Level results, last year 79% of the students achieved grades A-C in their GCSE results.
