Servoca education is working with a 3 form entry primary school in Barnet who are in need of a year 2 teacher and a year 5 teacher to start in September.

Every child matters and their caring ethos is at the heart of everything they do. The head teacher has created an environment that seeks to nurture the “whole child”. Together with academic progress, it is equally important to her that the children are given opportunities to develop their social skills, self-esteem, and independence. The main aim is to want every child to achieve their full potential recognising and celebrating their own achievements and aspirations, as well as those of others.

This primary school are continually looking at best practice and the school is ever evolving. They work hard to make sure children are engaged and enjoy learning. The roles available are for a Year 2 class teacher along with a Year 5 class teacher where both FQTs and NQTs are welcome. As a 3 form entry primary school there a structure in place which offers excellent teamwork and support, ensuring that teachers can maintain a happy work life balance whilst continuing to provide outstanding teaching across the school.

The Head teacher is looking for teachers who would ft into this positive learning environment and can contribute to the continuous development of the school and in turn receive excellent opportunities to nurture and develop their own careers.
