This ‘Good’ Ofsted rated school in Brent is looking to appoint a full time, permanent KS3 and KS4 Science Teacher for September.

This multi-cultural Secondary School is located in the borough of Brent and is well known for delivering excellent GCSE results and having a forward thinking and supportive leadership team and it is developing quickly under its last ‘Good’ report rating from Ofsted in 2015. The school offers recently refurbished Science labs for Science Teachers as the demand of students opting to take Science subjects in the Sixth form is high. Person specification

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious candidate to join a successful school and innovative Science department. The school is looking for a good to outstanding Science Teacher / Teacher of Science to deliver all 3 Science subjects to Key Stage 4 and who challenges and motivates students to achieve their maximum potential across both KS3 and KS4.

The Science Teacher will either be Secondary trained (QTS) and inspire and build rapport with your students through a good sense of humour and positive thinking! This position is available to experienced teachers looking for a new challenge or ambitious NQT’s looking for their first permanent role as a Science Teacher! It is imperative that you have been graded as ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ on your professional placements as a NQT to keep up with the current and high teaching standards as a Science Teacher.
