Teacher of Geography - Redbridge - Outstanding School - NQT's/ECT's Welcome

Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for a talented Geography Teacher to join a large secondary school in Manchester to start in October 2021 on an ongoing temporary supply basis.

This is a full-time teaching role, covering a long term absence, paying up to £180 per day.

To join us and be successful in this Geography Teacher role, you will need to:

• Hold QTS Status or QTLS

• Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional references checks

• Provide a CV with 10 years of employment/education history included and any employment breaks must be explained

• Have the legal right to work in the UK

The Role

Teacher of Geography - Knowledgeable subject practitioner responsible for preparing and delivering lessons to KS3 and KS4 students of varying abilities.

Delivery of Geography with a focus on innovative engaging lessons Positive and confident behaviour management skills with a passion for establishing positive relationships with students

Innovative teacher able to adapt lessons to the changing needs of students with the ability to differentiate for students with varying SEN needs

The academy are interested in hearing from experienced practitioners who can support the faculty leader and contribute to the wider curriculum Five days a week
