We are currently recruiting for SEN Teaching Assistants for a primary school in Barking to work 1:1 and in groups with both KS1 and KS2 students with learning difficulties.
They are looking for Teaching Assistants to start in September 2021 for the rest of the academic year (July 2022).

Servoca Education support a number of schools across the East London area to find high-quality candidates to support their children with additional learning needs in a Teaching Assistant role.
As a TA, you would be supporting the school to develop their students in their learning as well as socially and emotionally, assisting them with challenges and supporting them to overcome them.
Your main responsibilities would include:
Supporting children with special educational needs and understanding their individual needs

Having a calm, caring and holistic approach to supporting the children with their learning and development
Showing initiative and drive to overcome daily challenges
Finding positive behaviour enforcement methods to reduce challenging behaviour
Support other colleagues with their role, building strong rapports with both children and colleagues
Keep records of children’s progress when supporting class teacher
Ensure high levels of safety and safeguarding at all times
Relevant training such as safeguarding and Team Teach is desirable but not essential for this role.
